Step 6 – Once you click on the file document, you will be redirected to a page where you will have to select the filing type. You must enter the date on which the LLC was formed & operating or on which the LLC has in view to do so.

Step 7 – On the next page, you will have to provide the Organization type (professional or standard). Once you select that you will have to provide the complete name of the LLC, including the relevant phrases like “LLC”, “Limited Liability Company”. The Third option you will get is, you will have to select the name that will be used if the current name is not available.

Step 8 – In the next window, you will have to provide the Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) including the state, country, and date of formation.

HOW TO FILE A STANDARD LLC (PDF)

Step 1 – If you are willing to register through mail then you will have to download the certificate of formation for Texas LLC form (standard) in PDF format.

Step 1- Get your application for the certificate of formation for Texas LLC (professional) in PDF format.
